I had some damage and dry ends so I asked for a trim to get rid of this. Instead of parting and sectioning, he grabbed chunks of my hair and started cutting, once finished placed that bit over my face instead of pinning it. He got me to stand up to cut my hair and was a little rough. I commented on the front of my hair being uneven but he said it was because one side was more damaged than the other. My hair was smooth when I left, happy about that. Everyone was nice but the front still uneven :(

Michael listened to exactly what I said about how I wanted my hair cut and didn’t cut my hair too short which is what I was scared was going to happen.
