I arrived 10-15 minutes late due to rush hour traffic being even worse than usual. I had set off early but I still got caught in it. I was very apologetic as I arrived only to be greeted with "Yes you are quite late" in a very passive aggressive manner. I would have accepted if the lady had said "I'm sorry but because you are late I can not go ahead with the treatment due to appointments etc" but instead she rudely asked me to lie down, ignored me completely during the hour long treatment and said the bare minimum during payment. Surely people expect that during rush hour no matter how much people try they may be stuck in traffic. I was made to feel unwelcome and awkward for the sake of 10-15 minutes and I won't return
