The staff and venue are absolutely lovely. It's why it is hard to write such a poor review, as I really was oh-so-very disappointed by the LVL lash lift. I didn't/don't see a difference in my lashes really. The lovely lady insisted and tried to show me there was but my lashes barely tilt upwards and were hardly a fraction darker. I still have to curl my lashes and put on loads of mascara. The procedure did not do anything for me and all I can think about is how I wasted £65.
I'm sure other treatments may be nice there though. The actual decor and staff are very nice.

Bit pricier then where I used to go before but SO worth the money. Lovely venue with friendly, knowledgeable staff
