So so impressed. Firstly, it is such a nice place, so nicely decorated. Secondly, the people are soooo friendly! When I got my patch test and for my actual treatment they were all so nice! They even gave me a free hand massage DURING my LVL! So good. For my actual LVL I told her I’d been disappointed by the LVLs I’d had in London before and she really listened and it obviously paid off because it was amazing! Thanks so much, will definitely be returning.

I had never had LVL before but could not be happier with the results! Elisha was so lovely and welcoming and she did a fantastic job. Would recommend to everyone, is a bit of an investment but the results were definitely worth it!

Lovely venue and friendly staff. Couple of stray hairs left but good pain free wax and lasted for a while
