Booked at ugly Betty's for the second time to get eyelash extensions. Excellent - just as before. Lovely staff, lovely experience and lovely eyelashes :)

ok but felt a little rushed and didn't want to pay an extra £16 basically to have my hair dried when id pre-paid payed for a service which gets it wet, would've thought it was included!
Couldn't have individual lashes as the staff member to do them wasn't in at the time I booked. Was called promptly and changed to have cluster lashes done. Love my eyelashes and the staff here were lovely :). Definitely would use them again.
