Really friendly staff that listened and did exactly what I asked for. Quite a small, cute, salon not as fancy as other high street hairdressers but the cut and blow dry was just as good and the staff above average.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. The wax was painless, and very well done. I did my feel any irritation after my wax either, and was able to go about my day like I hadn't had one! Definitely a very positive maxing experience here. The only disappointment was that I was rescheduled, and even when I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment. Excluding this, I was very happy with my experience at Ugly Betty's.
Excellent service. Staff were friendly. Had a lip wax and was done really well. I would recommend this treatment to others.
