The hairdresser was late, and although she apologised the overall experience wasn’t great. She wet my hair with cold water, and she cut my hair sitting down which I found really bizarre.
So unprofessional. I would avoid if you want a salon cut.

Nicola did an absolutely fantastic job! It’s only the second wax I’ve ever had, so I was a little nervous - but she taught me a great breathing technique to help with the pain, and kept saying things like ‘only two big strips left now!’ - which was hilarious and SO helpful! She’s a genius - I’d recommend her to anyone who’s nervous about a first time wax. 10/10.

The staff was really helpful and took care of you. Karen made sure I liked my haircut and listened to me.
First time at this salon & I was really pleased with the blow dry I received from Karen. Excellent value for money & a nice friendly salon. Would definitely recommend & would return in the future.
