The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The treatment room however was not great. I think the room was undergoing renovations so it was not up to its best. I also would have liked something to applied after waxing to help cool the skin. The actual waxing treatment was good but it’s the little extras that make the experience.

Absolutely love my eyelash extensions. I was initially quite nervous but was made to feel at ease straight away and everything explained really well. Felt really looked after. One of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had and will certainly be back. Love the results!
