My visit started on time which was good as the previous time I had to wait half an hour. Georgia was friendly and attentive and I was pleased with the result when I asked for layers to be put in.

Would be nice to be offered a drink whilst having a cut and blow dry. Other than that service was fine

Claire was very friendly and the wax was good. Unfortunately I couldn’t have my eyelash and eyebrow tint as it hadn’t had the patch test 48 hours before. Could have done with a reminder for it as have now had to find elsewhere to get it done due to booked up appointments
