Easy to book, no wait! The staff are professional at all times

I booked in for eyebrow threading (website has clearly been updated to say eyebrow shape) as I did not have them threaded they were waxed and I've got home and can't believe how bad they are, the lady who was lovely but she has waxed the end of my brow off and they're so wonky. I am devastated at the lack of ability to do something that I think is quite simple for a beautician. Would never go back.

It's said online threading however it was waxing. The lady was lovely and very friendly just don't think the website should say one think and then do another!
