Unfortunately I didn't quite get what I wanted the first time I visited Ugly Betty's for balayage. I did take the offer to go back and get it rectified and the colour did look much better but when I got home I realised the ends of my hair looked and felt fried.. I went to another salon and they said it was over processed and the only way to fix it was to cut my hair two inches shorter. The staff are lovely and the salon is nice but because of these experiences I can't recommend this salon.
The therapist was very friendly and professional and gave a tailored facial. The eyebrow shaping treatment was also good

Great salon and experience. Georga was fantastic with balayage and getting the colour right. Recommend 100%!
Had to wait 15 mins after my appointment time, but had a great cut from Georga. Brilliant value - I opted to leave it unfinished with just a blast blow dry as I needed to get off, and she knocked off a fiver for me. Will definitely be returning.
