I have been to Ugly Betty's twice now for a leg wax. The staff are friendly & welcoming. I was offered a drink on arrival and didn't have to wait long at all before I was seen. I hadn't had my legs waxed before and I was put at ease straight away on my first visit hence I returned for a second. I was more than happy with the quality of the waxing at Ugly Betty's. Thank you ladies!
