This was my first time at ugly Betty's. I had booked the under arm and full leg wax. When I went Into the treatment room, I wish I'd of booked a massage too, it was nicely decorated. Nicola was very friendly and professional, I will be definitely going back.

Very relaxed and friendly service. The stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and gave advice. She constantly asked if I was happy with it which is always comforting. I would 100% recommend!
