Nothing wrong with the venue or treatment. Found the member of staff to be lifeless, dull and boring, she very clearly didn't want to be there, which was a shame.
I've been here before and had a lady called Nicola who was excellent and very friendly. So I'd recommend booking with her if possible.
It wouldn't put me off going back as the prices are competitive and the treatments good.
My nails didn't last as long as I hoped. I wasn't happy that one fell off three days after. Another one fell off shortly , not even a week. It's not nice not wearing a full set full so I took them all off within the week. I wasn't impressed to be honest.
Great service, nice décor, friendly staff. Only negative is that it can be difficult to get through on the phone.
Excellent service. Made you feel extremely comfortable and was almost pain free with the wax they use. 100% recommend this to anyone, especially with sensitive skin.
