I always feel at ease as soon as I arrive in the lovely relaxing environment in the west end of Glasgow. Emma goes into a lot of details about what I am looking for and any particular areas that need to be worked on. I've tried quite a few different treatments with the Reflexology, Deep Tissue and Swedish treatments being my favourites. I always leave feeling relaxed and as I have issues with my achilles and shoulder they feel much better for the treatment. I find Namaste rates to be very reasonable given the service and detail that Emma provides and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Emma took the time to find out exactly what I was wanting out of my massage and Identify my problem areas. She is very friendly and puts you straight at ease the minute you walk through the door. She talked me through the techniques she was going to use and the massage itself was so relaxing and stress relieving. I have now been twice to see Emma to work on my back problems and I already can feel a huge difference. Thanks Emma x
