I have prolapsed discs in my cervical spine as well as issues with my lower back. Nana recommended the hot stone massage for my particular concerns, and she was able to tailor the massage to my requirements. The pressure was perfect for me, and i completely enjoyed the therapy. She also advised me on aftercare. She is professional and has a calming aura. I will go back. Thank you Nana.
