The overall service was faultless. Location was easy to find. The environment inside was very calm as I was the only customer for the majority of my appointment. The staff engaged with me throughout my appointment, polite and professional. Staff called me prior to my appointment to ensure they had the correct product for my hair type.
I left with lovely result which has prompted me to return in the future.

The therapist was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable.
Environment was clean and well kept. Receptionist very welcoming and warm.
Literally was not asked once how I wanted my hair, left with a nice cut but ginger hair, just shocked at not once being asked how I wanted my hair!!
