Please do make the effort to be on time to your appointment for Lateness of more than 15 minutes will result in your service being cancelled and you will need to place a new booking fee should you wish to book again I do not work on weak or damaged lashes or Nails I reserve the right to refuse service should your lashes& Nails be in bad health upon inspection & your booking fee will not be refunded or transferred to another date. If you are unsure on the condition of your lashes, please contact me Your booking fee is non refundable, 48hrs notice is required should you need to reschedule. You will only be able to reschedule once & the new appointment must be within a month of the old one Please contact me within 48hrs to let me know of any issues with your lashes. I will rectify within this time frame but my services are non refundable under all circumstances if you are unsure or have any other questions, pop me a message on my handle mentioned above! Xx
