My appointment was 4pm I rushed from work to the venue and then wasn’t seen until 4:50pm!! I then split the appointment to get my nails done the next morning as I had been sat waiting for so long. Although the lady apologised there was no offer of compensation which after a 50 minute wait I think should be a given
