While the appointments were running a bit late due to room changes, the wax itself was amazing. Very thorough, quick and easy.

First of all they didn’t ask my name and assumed I was in for a wax. I tried to correct them and say that wasn’t my name and I was there for a manicure and the staff were all unnecessarily confused.
My therapist didn’t ask what shape I wanted until she had finished filing 2 nails and I asked for them to be rounded and not square. I ordered a shape and polish. The therapsist complained the whole time about my hands and cuticles saying that it didn’t look very good because of them. Despite this the treatment literally took ten minutes and she could have spent more of the 30 minutes on the “shape” element without giving a full manicure. Or asked if i would like to upgrade? Ultimately a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I didn’t even respond to her constant observations as it was just plain rude and not helpful or constructive. The shape was all wrong but the colour and painting was good. Save your money and appointments for companies and therapists who are professional and care about the end result
