I booked and eyebrow threading that ended up being a tweezer + blade combo and a wash and blow dry. The person washing my hair was clearly learning, which is absolutely fine, but I wasn’t told that from the start. She washed my hair with conditioner twice even though I mentioned that the hair felt dirty. We went to dry and I flagged again, but wasnt listened to. After some time they realised they needed to actually wash my hair again. I still paid full price. A bit frustrating.
