I got a botched haircut and went to Narsis to get it fixed. The stylist said it would be possible to fix the bad layers and general look. She ended up just cutting my hair into a bob, and when I asked if she could fix the layers like she said she would, she said that it wouldn't look good. It's fine if that's true, but then she shouldn't have said that she was going to fix them. I was promised something I didn't get and still had to pay over £60 for a 'restyle' that was really just a trim.

My hair is completely butchered. I’ve never had such a terrible haircut in my life. Absolutely heartbroken and seriously urge anyone who is considering to book this place for a haircut to stay far far away. I paid £60 - more than I have in over 5 years for a haircut and now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.
There was zero attention given to the customer experience. Not even offered a glass of water. Zero products used in hair either. Shocking place!!!!!
