The shop wasn't even open when I got there. Waited a while and nothing. Walked by later in the day and they were open. Would've been nice if they'd bother to open on time for a booked appointment. Don't waste your time.

I got a botched haircut and went to Narsis to get it fixed. The stylist said it would be possible to fix the bad layers and general look. She ended up just cutting my hair into a bob, and when I asked if she could fix the layers like she said she would, she said that it wouldn't look good. It's fine if that's true, but then she shouldn't have said that she was going to fix them. I was promised something I didn't get and still had to pay over £60 for a 'restyle' that was really just a trim.
