My hair is completely butchered. I’ve never had such a terrible haircut in my life. Absolutely heartbroken and seriously urge anyone who is considering to book this place for a haircut to stay far far away. I paid £60 - more than I have in over 5 years for a haircut and now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. There was zero attention given to the customer experience. Not even offered a glass of water. Zero products used in hair either. Shocking place!!!!!
