Disappointed 😞 I had a balayage with a haircut, which costed an arm and a leg, compared to some better salons I've been before. My balayage ended up being more of a hairdye, there is nothing natural left about me hair. I needed to ask for a toner to be applied, otherwise they would have let me go with yellow hair! And after the first hair wash, the toner is gone... wasted 170 pounds and 4 hours, and now need to find someone who can fix it... the staff was kind, bless them, but thats not enough to run a salon.
