I have got the Hollywood wax and pedicure done and awarded a 5 star. Laya was very friendly and did the job very well.

I went for a manicure as I was in the area. Worse manicure I ever had! Not sure about other services at this place but I do NOT recommend coming to this place for manicure.
First of all I had to wait for half an hour, then the lady didn't listen to what I was saying. it took over an hour for a simple manicure. Lady kept leaving me half done to go talking to the receptionist! I was shock to see that! Then she left me in the nail dryer and left....I had to get up and asked to be charged as it was so late already!
I won't be coming back for a bad over charge service.

Fantastic experience at Narsis. Heidi did an amazing job with my balayage and Olaplex treatment, and the rest of the staff were all really friendly, helpful and welcoming.
I definitely recommend Narsis and will be making regular visits there.
