When I arrived, the staff were not expecting me, and had no idea I was due for a treatment. So somehow between my Wahanda booking and Nashmills the confirmation I received was not passed on. This also meant that the only staff member trained to carry out the proceedure was not in. I had to settle for a deep cleanse facial instead of the microdermabration.
(*Note that the 1/5 stars is not because the treatment I got was poor, the facial was very nice. Its because it was not the treatment I had paid for.)
I now have a credit for the price difference between the two treatments, but this means I now have to go back again to use it up, which is not something I was planning to do.
Something went wrong with my booking. I was there but they were overbooked, she wanted me to reschedule but when I book for a certain time, I don't want to reschedule. Got home from work a little bit earlier for the treatment and then that. Won't book here again. :(
