I can't really say anything about the treatment because I didn't get one. I showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, when the lady told me that she is sry but they are fully booked and that I have to reschedule. I booked the appointment the same day and they didn't know at 10 am that they are fully booked? The other thing was that the lady insisted that she had called me although I didn't have a missed call or a text. So unprofessional.
Very good experience, very nice and useful staff. I would only say that the missing thing was not having AC as yesterday was possibly the hottest day of the year in London, but Hey, it's London so cannot blame them! I'm coming back real soon!
A full room to change and use the sunbed. Staff are very nice and very good value for money. I have already recommended this to my friends.
I got the natural tan shade of the St Tropez for a wedding. I was rather nervous about going too orange, but explained this to the technician who was very good and careful. I got loads of compliments on the shade on the day - people thought it was real :) Definitely would recommend this treatment.
Started nicely was offered coffee but became unfriendly, felt as though they were trying to get as much extra cash out of me as possible.
