They were twenty minutes late for my appointment. In the rush to get me done, I was burnt so badly with the wax I was unable to wear underwear on the next day. Never had a wax where the therapist has been less bothered - a lot of hair was missed - I’ll have to go else where to get it done properly. The worst bikini wax I’ve ever had.
