Is there an unwritten rule/assumption that Treatwell customers don't receive the same level of standard or is it just my perception or taking things personal thought process????? My actual nails were in good condition before the pedicure, after they were filed unevenly, the nail wasn't buffed, smoothed and given shine before slapping on clear nail polish
