Tracy was very welcoming and was very professional throughout the treatment. Tracy worked on my problem areas and also helped with other areas that could be causing my back problems. Tracy is easy to talk too and kept me feeling relaxed the whole time whilst also making sure I was ok during the treatment and after. The environment was clean and relaxing. I’ve been back for several treatments already. Always feel rejuvenated after my deep tissue massages. Every time I mention where my aches & pains are Tracy will always focus on that specific area and keep checking with me the severity of pressure etc which is great because I do prefer a strong massage.
