Tracey is an amazing therapist- she personalised my massage for my needs on the day. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. My upper back had been giving me problems all week from sitting at a computer all day for work and I left feeling no pain at all. I feel taller and lighter. My tension headache has completely gone. The products used were very calming and my skin is soft and glowing. Tracey went above and beyond to work on areas where I was holding tension whilst also finding spots to bring me relaxation. She used reflexology techniques on my feet and explained what the different points she was working corresponded to, whilst giving me some techniques to relax that I can use on myself at home. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Tracey’s healing hands for anyone in need of a respite and healing.
Great value for money, and there is free parking in the area making her lovely home accessible.

I treated myself to a much needed hot stone massage 2 days before my wedding day. I was riddled with shoulder tension from endless wedding crafting and last minute organising and packing.
Tracy was very welcoming and friendly and made me very at easy for my first ever visit. The massage itself was exactly what was needed and felt very good, deliberately a bit firmer than truly relaxing as I needed the knots worked out!
She kindly gave me some dermatologia deep moisturiser free sample sachets which really did make a difference to my skin prior to the big day.
I was a touch late (my fault), although Tracy was kind enough to run over our official appointment time to ensure I had the full 1hr.
Highly recommended :)
