Unfortunately the therapist did not ask me what shape I wanted and she squared my nails even though on arrival she could see that my nails were not square. She didn't ask me what shape I wanted (unlike the previous therapist last time) so I'm not sure why she thought I wanted them squared. Also my appointment was booked for 2pm but at 1.10pm I received a text message asking me to go at 2.30pm which did not suit, especially at such short notice. When I arrived she was doing her friend's nails!

My overall experience was just okay, the technician made my finger bleed on both of my visits to the salon. The technician and I had a communication problem and another member of staff had to explain what was happening she was not very good at communicating the pricing of the treatment.
Pricing should be available before the treatment and not after the appointment.
