An absolute hassle. Booked a free slot and the owner tried to change to nearly an hour before two times. Was finally able to meet in middle with time but wasn’t communicated to the venue who were annoyed I was ‘late’.

I don't have my nails done regularly but this Is the best I've ever had. Anastasia is very thorough, great job. The only comment is the silence in the room no chit chat, and being offered a glass of water would be nice too. I'll keep going anyways
