Salon was freezing cold, the temporary cover who was covering holidays was on her own and didn’t know how to switch on the heating and her English was very limited. No hard gel was applied , at least not what I am used to and I visit every 4 weeks. She was lovely and tried her best but with nobody there to translate, it was very hard to communicate basics such as nail shape.
Quite disappointing to see that she was left there on her own unable to give good experience.
