I never request for hard gel on all my toes, this was done deceptively as they did not have the right colour. I was busy focusing on the basic design being done on my hands of which I paid £70 which only lasted two days. So did not notice until it was too late I have a lot of cuts on my toes and it was so hard to walk afterwards. To pay £45 (55) for a rushed half arsed job. I was a loyal customer for a year and nothing was done but the owner has reduced her prices and asked me book again 🤔🙃

After being a happy loyal client for a year the quality of service was so poor during this service ! To pay so £70 for a very stingy thin layer or gel and a basic design is absurd.
I booked for a very simple nail design (WHICH WAS £20) with hard gel only for it to last TWO DAYS.
Came back for new set only for Maria to start my appointment 45mins late, she was huffing, puffing and tutting and drilling on my nail extremely hard, going home was her only priority!
The worst experience Ive had!
