Since the personal changed, this was one of the worst manicures and pedicures I have ever had. I never not tip, but this was so bad. I don’t know what to say really.

The personal has changed, I had to redo my nails my self in the salon as they were all different, cuticle work was not the same and my pedicure needs redoing.
