I’ve been a regular customer for years, but the quality of service has noticeably declined recently. At my last visit, there were limited gel options available — I was hoping to get a French tip but there were no nude or pale pink hard gels in stock. It’s disappointing that basic colours weren’t available, and stock should be regularly replenished to offer clients full choice.
Additionally, my white gel pedicure began to discolour within a week, which points to a quality issue…
