After being a happy loyal client for a year the quality of service was so poor during this service ! To pay so £70 for a very stingy thin layer or gel and a basic design is absurd. I booked for a very simple nail design (WHICH WAS £20) with hard gel only for it to last TWO DAYS. Came back for new set only for Maria to start my appointment 45mins late, she was huffing, puffing and tutting and drilling on my nail extremely hard, going home was her only priority! The worst experience Ive had!
