The pedicure was terrible. 4 out of my 10 toes were bleeding and skin on my big toe is terrible. It’s been over 48 hours and it’s still very painful.
Additionally I understand they don’t speak well English but I clarify that I wanted matte top coat and was given a nod of head. Surprisingly it was not matte top coat so had to ask another lady to translate.

I’m a regular here but I believe the quality is falling. The nail technician is lovely but doesn’t understand english so it is very hard to communicate with her during the appointment. This has resulted in too much of my nail being filed off, which hours later is causing me pain on both my manicure and pedicure… to add, both services took almost 3 hours to complete. Organisation in the store is another area of improvement as it has been lacking in the last few months.

Overall experience was ok, but my nail polish was not so good and smooth as I expected to be. And after manicure I got one of my fingers infected after cuticle removal. It required about 10 days to heal.
