I have been visiting Natalie since they opened in Battersea, however it might be the last time as the service quality dropped dramatically with the prices going up. I managed to book a last minute appointment for the same price I usually payed, however the person doing my nails probably just started working that day, the other specialists were helping her and it took her two hours (instead of usual 1 hour and 15 mins) which made me late for my plans.

This was the absolute best manicure ive ever had!! It was so professional, perfectly on time, very clean and it turned out gorgeous!! I can’t wait for my next manicure!

Maria was amazing!She did a great job!
The only negative remark is that the chairs for pedicure are super uncomfortable especially if you need to sit for more than an hour.My back was sore when I left.I would imagine one should feel very relaxed after the treatment.
