I used to love this salon and brought so many friends there, but something happened in the last few months. The former personnel left - or was fired - in bulk. The new staff constantly complains about long hours and lack of weekends, but what’s worse is how the quality drastically dropped, whereas the prices increased a lot. The last appointments took over two hours, I end up being late everywhere. My last manicure looks awful, and it was done before the birthday. Won’t be coming back sadly
