Used to love coming and having my nails done with Natali, but there is new staff and the quality has gone way down. They cut me and struggled to understand what I wanted with my nails, so I just had to leave with something else.

Loved this salon for years, but my last visit was terrible. BIAB took 2+ hours, they filled behind my nails leaving them paper thin, and I got cut. I wasn’t going to post initially, but the experience was so bad I felt it needed to be shared. Staff keep changing, prices keep rising, and nothing is properly sanitized anymore. Completely unacceptable.

I’ve been coming here for years, but the quality has massively gone downhill. The nail technicians keep changing and the new ones clearly lack experience. The prices don’t match the service - if training is in progress, the cost should reflect that. My last two appointments took two and half hours and both times I’ve been cut more than once. This salon is on my street so it’s been very convenient, but a monthly service that takes 2-3 hrs is not something I’ll be coming back for.

Everything was good but she did not do the manicure close enough to my cuticle so it lasted only for 2 weeks
