First time seeing Karina and she was great. I also had the most amazing pedi- the best pedi l’ve had in in a really long time by owner Natasha and a new team member . Every bit of hard skin was eradicated and the attention to detail 10/10. So happy.

The result looks great, but my experience was not.My pedicurist was distracted in talking to her colleague and not couteous,did not care about my comfort,dug my cuticle too deep, plopped the edge of the UV lamp on my toe and moved it with no apology

The results of the pedicure and manicure were good, but the experience was very poor. The technician's attitude was very negative, and I was cut twice during the removal of my cuticles without so much as a brief apology. This is very disappointing because I am a regular customer (I usually select Victoria but she was away), and the service is normally very warm and professional. On this occasion, the two technicians working seemed not to want the customers to be there.
