The results of the pedicure and manicure were good, but the experience was very poor. The technician's attitude was very negative, and I was cut twice during the removal of my cuticles without so much as a brief apology. This is very disappointing because I am a regular customer (I usually select Victoria but she was away), and the service is normally very warm and professional. On this occasion, the two technicians working seemed not to want the customers to be there.
