I specifically book my appointment with the technician that I prefer and twice they have changed this on the day of my appointment which is very frustrating. I do not appreciate having new people who I am not familiar with doing my nails. The service at natali has dropped significantly, although the girls who work there are great, it is not their fault that the management is poor. The increase in pricing is also ridiculous. To fix a chip now costs £7 per nail!? This is unheard of.

I am very disappointed by Natali and unfortunately am unlikely to return, despite being a customer for 2 years. Recently many of the nail artists have left but I was hopeful the manicures would remain at a high level. However, each time I’ve attended recently (despite the price increasing by a lot!) the place has has a bad atmosphere, very poor customer service, hygiene and the manicures haven’t been as good. I have two cuts (blood was still on my nails) after my recent visit.
