I contacted the salon directly but despite sending two emails I didn't get a response to my complaint hence posting it here. Issues summarised below
- Venue not as described, in a noisy hair salon with loud music and people talking in the background
- water stone-cold used for treatment
- facial not as described, just toner and moisturiser
- staff coming in and out during treatment
- staff on phone during treatment
- No response to complaint (waited 1 month before posting this)

Really happy with my eyebrow tint and shape, I like that you get the option of whether to have them threaded or waxed, I chose threading and they are look great. Thank you
