It was the first time I had been for a Brazilian wax in a while and, new to the area, had to put my faith (and dignity) into the hands of someone new! Ella was great - she kept me relaxed and didn't worry that the appointment ran over the allocated 30mins, as she was definitely thorough! I will be back :)
