I can’t recommend Enrida highly enough, she is actually amazing!!! Her studio is so well presented and she was so professional and kind throughout the appointment. I had never had colonic hydrotherapy before and I was very nervous but Enrida made me feel completely at ease. After this treatment I had a massage, which is one of the best I have had! She was so knowledgeable in all areas of her practice, I will definitely be going back to her for further treatments, would highly recommend!

Enrida is my new go-to Holistic Medical Practitioner. Her level of expertise was incredibly impressive. This was the BEST massage I have ever experienced (and I’ve had a lot!). I had a colonic (with herbs) first. After a thorough set of questionnaires - which put my mind at ease as I felt my mind & body were really understood prior to both treatments, I had the colonic. The whole set-up was discreet, dignified and caring, and I was informed at every stage what was happening. The massage afterwards was blissful, but most importantly effective! Problem areas were focused on. I was even recommended a herbal treatment afterwards to help with my digestion. I would absolutely recommend having any treatment with Enrida - she practices what she preaches, and it’s clear that she cares deeply about all of her clients. The smart, clean ‘wellbeing’ ambience only adds to her mission as a superb practitioner.
