Great every time

I turned up and they were closed. I called them and noone answered. If they were not going to be open, why are they taking bookings? Should they not contact clients if they have bookings and know that the salon will be closed? A waste of my time. I made the journey to the salon thinking I would get my treatments and was left extremely disappointed. Don't waste your time or money on this useless place!

Sophia was amazing - she listened to everything I wanted but equally gave some great advice. She constantly checked to make sure I was happy with my cut. Glad i've found a regular salon in my local area. Thank you so much!
