Had a delay in my appointment as there was transport issues, but got bit of a head massage for the wait. Staff were all lovely, walked out happy, would recommend.

Overall an okay experience. Had to wait half an hour to be seen which wasn’t a great start. When the waxing did eventually start, it was efficient and staff were nice and friendly. However, sections were missed out on my underarm and Hollywood/bikini wax.

I booked online a Spot, showed up & the salon was close!!! So i wasted my time to get to ilford!!! Thanks for nothing
